How did you discover collage?
I was introduced to collage through a friend of mine a long time ago. Collage just took a larger place in my life when I stopped painting.
What did you like about the collage medium?
I love to explore and to experiment. I like to learn as many techniques to improve myself in this art form.
How would you describe your style?
I don’t think I have a specific style, I just explore and follow my instincts.
In one word, what makes you unique?
I don’t limit myself to one style.
Where do you find you collage material? What are your favorite magazines?
I find my supplies mainly in second-hand stores or in classifed ads for old magazines. I love vintage magazines, mostly from the 50s to the 80s.
Any advice for a newcomer collagist?
There is no secret, you need to pratice and discover what you like, as collage is such a vast medium.
