How did you discover collage?
I discovered collage very young. As a child, I loved that activity. Afterwards, I just continued to explore it and deepen my techniques.
What did you like about the collage medium?
What I like about collage is creating from existing images. For example, I enjoy adding animal heads to the bodies of naked women. I am also inspired by astrology and spirituality.
How would you describe your style?
I’m still figuring out my style. However, I am sometimes attracted to a certain fantasy, sometimes by the opposite with a more «trashy» or provocative aspect. I love bright and shiny colors and most of the time, I love introducing texture.
In one word, what makes you unique?
My background and sources of inspiration.
Where do you find you collage material? What are your favorite magazines?
I find my material everywhere and I take inspiration from everything. I don’t have any favorite magazines.
Any advice for a newcomer collagist?
To let go and to persevere.
